Have you thought about having some time for yourself?
... to explore your thoughts and feelings
... to get back on a track again
My name is Penny and I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults and adolescents and supervision for qualified and trainee counsellors. I am an experienced , qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists( BACP), the leading professional body for counselling and psychotherapy.
How can Counselling and Psychotherapy help?
Counselling and psychotherapy provides you with a space for you to talk about feelings that worry or upset you, to make sense of what is impacting on you now and to increase self awareness.
As a relational counsellor I am passionate about helping you to improve your relationships and wellbeing and I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
Where do I work?
I practice from Tadworth and Walton-on-the-Hill, both easily accessible from Kingswood, Burgh Heath, Banstead, Epsom, Ewell and Dorking.
I offer evening and daytime sessions times to fit in with your commitments.
A Walk & Talk counselling option in also available for those who prefer being outdoors.
Counselling and Psychotherapy tailored to your needs.
Having worked within the NHS and community counselling services I understand how difficult it can be to get support when it is most needed. The number of counselling sessions will be tailored to your needs, from a few sessions to support you with a particular issue, or regular sessions where you feel you would benefit from longer term support.
If you're looking for friendly and professional counselling support call, text or email me to arrange an initial meeting to see how counselling can help you and to answer any questions you might have.
